At ECOLTREND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process

- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
